Trevor Stokes of the Pflugerville Professional Firefighters Association testified before the Texas Legislature today in support of HB 3977 (Rosenthal). This bill would allow firefighters and their Emergency Services District (ESD) employers to enter into employment contracts related to working conditions and benefits.
