Firefighter and TSAFF 2nd District Vice President Beau Simpson testified in support of SB 2786 (Creighton) at the Texas Legislature. This bill is intended to exempt first responders from the Texas Success Initiative entrance exam, as military veterans already are, and expedite their ability to earn college degrees.
